Today’s workplace is more diverse, dynamic and distributed than ever before. At the same time, collaboration and productivity solutions like Google Workspace are transforming the workplace by bringing people, information and applications together in new ways. This new way of working has resulted in demand for IT professionals who specialize in collaboration tools and systems.

To help organizations prepare for these new expectations, we have introduced the Google Workspace Administration series of courses. This training will help you master the foundations of establishing and managing Google Workspace best practices for your organization.

These courses will serve as the starting place for any new Google Workspace admin as they begin their journey of managing and establishing Google Workspace best practices for their organization. Together, they will leave you feeling confident to utilize the features of the admin console to manage users, control access to services, configure security settings, monitor Google Workspace operations and much more.

These courses will also benefit experienced Google Workspace administrators who are seeking to earn the Professional Collaboration Engineer (PCE) certification. Please note that Google also recommends 3+ years industry experience, with at a minimum of 1 year as a Google Workspace administrator to properly prepare for the PCE exam.
