This course is a holistic routine to help you focus on your priorities, strengthen your intuition, and expand your consciousness. This course is intended to be done in the morning when you wake up to keep you energized and aware throughout your day. In the first section we will be focusing more on your breath and warming up the body. In the second section we will be practicing various techniques to help clean your chakras using breathwork and yoga postures. You can watch and prepare yourself for the morning if you are watching this at night. Doing these exercises will keep your energy up and it may be difficult to go to sleep. This course is meant to help you connect more with your spirit through the body as it was naturally designed too. Yoga means union of the mind, body, and spirit and that is what brings us to union with the Most High. But some people have been doing yoga for years and still haven't reached this state, why is that? Our consciousness have shifted into thinking its more for exercise instead of enlightenment. So now its time go back to it's original purpose and apply it to our daily lives to purify our entire being. This course is designed with you in mind to go at your own pace or add a minute or two to take it up a notch. For people in moderate health, not for those with heart, lung, or back conditions, and pace maker. If you are a smoker this may help you slow down as it is relatively impossible to be a frequent smoker and practice yoga everyday, please go at a slower pace.
