When you crush it, you release a compound called allicin. it's what gives garlic it's stinky odor. Scientist think it helps keep your arteries flexible and let blood flow better. The issue of knowing your body well is key in examining what is happening to the body, sometimes there are some signs that show that our body is not working well but mostly we all take it for granted.
