The American Woodshop with Scott Phillips

Scott Phillips has been working with wood for the fourth decade. He started in his father's shop when he was eleven years old. His first successful works were shelves and drawers made of walnut. They were intended for the restoration of furniture, handed over to the commission. Repairing antique furniture becomes his passion.

Today Scott has a full-time woodworking business. He himself is an excellent carpenter and joiner, with full knowledge of his craft. In addition, Scott is actively involved in reforestation. “When making beautiful, quality furniture, you have to respect the forest,” he says.
