Do you want to build up your portfolio in a way that effectively communicates your visual style? Or perhaps you want to take it a step further and develop a collection of illustrated graphics that could be used on products?
In this class I will take you through how to create a visual collection to help expand your portfolio and showcase your unique style. By creating a collection, you will be able to show the versatility of your illustration style and use less time to create more.
I will explain the key types of artwork to include when creating a cohesive range of illustrations
Hero Illustration
Slogan Graphic
Primary Pattern
Secondary Pattern
Together we will create a collection of 4 graphics, showing you how to make the most of your time by creating multiple designs out of the same icons and elements.
This will be a collection based on the below common elements
Subject Matter/Theme
Colour Palette
This class is for all levels, and although I will be creating this on my Ipad using Adobe Fresco - you can use these principles for any medium of art.
I aim to give you the tools and confidence to explore your illustration style by building up your portfolio, using the principles of colour and composition to create a strong collection.
