If you have always wanted to create a game but you don't even know where to start, what engine to learn, or what an engine like Unity can offer to help in creating a game, then, this course is for you.

This is a beginners course for making games in Unity and the end result will be to create a really simple game of your own.

In this course, I will start from a game idea in the form of an existing hyper-casual game called Mr. Gun and I will show you how can its elements be identified to create a similar game using those elements.

Then, I will take each of those elements and provide a possible implementation for things like rotations, movement performing translations or using physics in Unity, reacting to collisions, integrating some of those elements so that you have a somewhat complete simple game, and adding a simple UI to the game.

I am a software developer with more than 15 years of experience and I started making my own games 5 years ago after dreaming about doing that since I was very little. I've followed many courses through those years where the focus has been on just implementing something in unity and it was really hard for me at the beginning to connect the game idea and its elements with the code I needed to write

You will need programming experience in C# in order to follow the lessons.
