Fusion Flowers - June-July 2018

Issue 102 of Fusion Flowers magazine reports from IPM Essen on the Floral Fundamentals demonstration when world champions shared the stage to create some remarkable pieces of design. Alex Choi and Stein Are Hansen WOWED the crowd with dramatically different approaches to design and we loved it!

Following a challenge by the team at the Just Chrys campaign, we reveal the winning designs in the Fusion Flowers magazine Facebook competition to find something different it design terms using principally Chrysanthemum - we were amazed at the results - so much so that our front covers features on.

We return to Huis ten Bosch in Japan to report on 3 very different pieces on installation work from 3 world-class designers - Max van de Sluis, Stein Are Hansen and Niwa Hideyuki. The resulting installations really couldn't be more different!

It certainly is an issue of challenges and designer Jimmy Englund loved his which was to create a summer bridal design using Gypsophila and he shares step by step instructions for you to follow too. Of course we have lots of step-by-step designs to inspire you including some great ideas for summer colour and how to use paper too.

Be amazed at our feature of the work of Koji Arai entitled The Eternal Flower which is bound to inspire as is the work from Hong Kong based Gary Kwok whose corporate work is legendary!
