* the Settings are now arranged into groups to aid navigation
* added an option in the "Themes" group of the Settings to choose from a list of monochrome themes for the app
* added an option in the "Output Display" group of the Settings: "Fractions Mode - Enable output display to show stacked fractions" (requires Android v. 5.0 or higher)
* in SCI mode, long press the ÷ button to see the result of a calculation in radical format, if available
