Sound Control 2.5.0 macOS

File size: 5.63 MB

Sound Control is a unique application that adds advanced audio controls to your Mac. Control the audio of each of your apps independently with per-app volume, EQ, balance, and audio routing.

Sound Control lets users use a software volume mixer. Sound Control enables users to easily and quickly change app volumes as well as selectively apply a system-wide EQ to app audio. Sound Control does this by adding a software mixer to the menu bar of your Mac. In addition to the volume mixer, Sound Control also adds a software EQ to your audio output allowing users to easily tailor the sound of their Mac's audio to their specific taste or to properly calibrate to the frequency response of their speakers.

Per-App Volume Controls
Control the volume of your apps independently.

Per-app EQ
Use a system-wide EQ or set a different EQ on each app. Each EQ can be 10 or 31 bands.

Per-app Balance
Adjust left/right balance for each app independently. There is also the option to down mix to mono allowing you to move all audio into your left or right channel.

Per-app Audio Routing
Reroute app audio to any audio output device.
Send iTunes to an external USB device while the rest of your apps use your MacBook’s internal speakers.

Keyboard Volume
Add keyboard volume controls, to DisplayPort monitors, HDMI TV & Receivers, and other devices missing them.

Touch Bar Support
Use the Touch Bar on your MacBook Pro to control app volume.

Full Hotkey Control
Set up hotkeys to control volume, mute and EQ for the foreground app. There is even a hotkey to mute all background apps.
