It might just be us but, while we love barbecue, it’s always been a sort of distant meal that we can only get at restaurants even though we’ve got a grill at home. Sure, it’s only there for decoration, gathering dust until it’s crusty enough to sell for antiques or something. We love to barbecue, but the grill’s just a little intimidating.
