Cooper gives you three different bags from one basic body: messenger bag, backpack, and satchel. All versions are lined and feature eight large pockets, magnetic closures, and hardware details.

The messenger bag (version 1) has an adjustable cross-body strap. The backpack (version 2) has two shoulder straps and a hang loop. The two-handled satchel (version 3) does double duty as a bike pannier.

SUPPLIES: Supplies: Awl, fabric glue, mallet. All versions: four 1/4" jiffy rivets, two 3/4" magnetic snaps. Version 1: Two yards of 1 1/2" wide cotton webbing, two metal slides with 1 1/2" wide openings. Version 2: 2 3/4-yards of 1 1/2" wide cotton webbing, four metal slides with 1 1/2" wide openings. Version 3: Three inches of 3/4" wide sew-on hook and loop tape, such as Velcro, two 2 1/2" lobster clips, two 1/2" wide metal D-rings.

MAIN FABRIC: Canvas, waxed canvas, cotton twill, denim, heavy ticking.

LINING FABRIC: Nylon twill, nylon ripstop, cotton ripstop, light- to medium-weight waterproof fabric.
