Lrdfrx A friend recommended that I watch the Grusch 'interview' and the recording of the recent UAP hearing. My immediate reaction is that what he had to say was hearsay and BS. He made some fantastic claims in the interview for News Nation and when asked about them before the hearing he declined the opportunity to repeat them. If he wasn't willing to restate the claims while under oath the obvious conclusion is that he knew them not to be true.
Personally I think that the U.S. has a lot of technology stacked in black projects that hasn't been acknowledged because there was nobody to threaten their superiority, the situation has shifted dramatically and China has emerged as an economic titan with ambition. The U.S. military is gearing up for an open conflict with China and the Pentagon is going to need Congress to sign off on legislation and some pretty big cheques to get their secret technology into production.
Annie Jacobsen's books are insightful in that they give historical accounts of happenings at Area 51, DARPA and other projects as far back as the 1950s. The SDI (Strategic Defense Initiative) or "Star Wars" program that Ronald Reagan announced in the early 1980s never went away, it's why Space Force exists today. The Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) extension ends in 2025 and at that point the U.S. will want their technology to be operational.
ICBMs are now dinosaur systems, the likes of Lockheed Martin's Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System has seen to that. Coincidentally, during the "Nimitz Encounter" in 2004, a new generation of the Aegis radar system was being tested.
The next generation weapons are hypersonics and in 2017 the Chinese military demonstrated their capability to remotely launch hypersonic drones from a high altitude platform tethered to a weather balloon. By coincidence, that's the same time period that Mr. Elizondo made his great escape from the Pentagon and began his crusade to mobilize the masses to make Congress aware of the threat posed by UAP.
