The definition of HELP needs to be expanded
A request is defined as:
Someone requests stuff (using [request] tag) and
one of the tags [software] [music] [books] [movies] [TV] [courses]
Nothing more, nothing less.
Help means only ONE action:
provide a link for downloading requested stuff (see above) and this link must be accepted by the requesting user.
If the requester thinks it's not the stuff he is searching for than the provided link is not counted as "Help".
If we define HELP in any other way some users would think they are clever and provide unwanted links or information that was not requested.
Typical example for this kind of help: Requested is an ebook for the 5th version and a user provides the 4th version of the ebook. Most of the time the requester still has got the older version of the book but needs the newer version. So it's absolutely useless for him to have an additional link for an ebook he still has in his library.
Or requested is a TRUEpdf ebook and provided are epubs and converted ebooks to pdf format. In all these cases it has nothing to do with the requested stuff and it's usesless for the requester.
If we would define the help in any other way than users would be starting to requests lots of stuff like [software] [music] [books] [movies] [TV] [courses] but won't help to fulfill others request by providing stuff like [software] [music] [books] [movies] [TV] [courses].
