I have some good news for you.
The absolute best courses on Windows IoT Core development are all entirely free without need for Rapidgator/Nitroflare.
You may be surprised to learn this; however, Microsoft has invested a lot in attempting to teach/expose people to IoT Core. For that reason, and the fact that information didn't originate anywhere else initially -- nearly all courses/books are merely built from the same content originally published from Microsoft.
Important Sidenote to Understand Documentation Industry:
About 35 years ago I was writing books on programming/tech/Internet, as a published author for the largest publisher in technical books at the time. Every month I would get another message from them asking "Do you know anything about the technology {X}? Can you put an outline together to sell?"
In other words -- as authors, we would get requests to write books on new topics, before anyone else had written a competing book (and before anyone had time to learn much).
Do you know how EVERY one of the tech authors (including myself) wrote those books on new tech? We leveraged the documentation from the manufacturer/publisher, went through the training, then attempted to learn what was missing, and essentially write a more comprehensive version of what the manufacturer had originally offered.
I was an exception. I would invest hundreds of hours to try and master the product and I would get several side-jobs writing articles in the magazines among the same tech I would write about in books. I was able to do this because I was young; however, magazine articles pay horribly. Therefore, most people in this trade did not invest the same amount of time to master each new topic.
In short: My point is that I have first-hand experience and can assure you that a great deal of content being sold as "training" comes (in this proprietary/new niche) largely from the source, specifically when (a) it's a proprietary tech (eg MS/Windows) and (b) it's new. This is not my impression or opinion, I know this, firsthand, for a fact.
Once you understand this premise and the reason that IoT Core doesn't require expensive courses, you quickly realize that the best, most helpful resources are entirely free from Microsoft / Youtube, and it will save you a lot of wasted time with trying to find courses here.
If, however, you find a course you cannot download, let us know and we'll upload to a free site for you.
You might also consider one of the less-expensive multi-hosters (there are several around $4 USD/month). However, we'll be happy to upload if you can't justify that.
Recommendation for earning money: If you want to work in IoT, in my experience within the current market, most people doing IoT who are building turnkey solutions are building them in Go. In my opinion, you'll make a ton more income by focusing 80% of your time in Go (where you can earn more money) and 20% in IoT Core/hardware training. Why? There is no money in the hardware side and it's not what you're experienced with, regardless.
The training resources themselves:
This is the MS IoT Core Training Playlist. This is more of a casual interview-format in the first part of the videos and you may get bored; however, these are essentially the videos everyone else learned from to write their books, etc:

For the documentation and more on-topic/direct tutorial videos, Microsoft's IoT documentation is great. The trick si that most people don't know this because the banner page is horrible and misleading. When you visit the following link, focus *only on the options to the left of the screen, the table of contents and expand/explore those.
