After that, all content is taken from [Login to see the link] (a free book) and is not the content it should be.
This behavior is repeated across formats (epubs) and bigger fatter 300Mb pdfs versions too.
The answer for such selective placement of non-relevant text in a valid book could lie in the author's backround (NSA). Put out a book with OPEN content but that is not easily caught by uploaders (aka Pirates of the Internet). Result: The book with the wrong conent spreads farther and wider than one with orignial content. That's a case of Gresham's law "Bad money drives good money out of circulation."
But you can move over to the author's site and download the ppts that accompany the book.

The ppts are mostly text and that's not enticing enough.
Another thing that may irk you in the ppts is bad grammar. For e.g. the commas after Buts at the beginning of a sentence (That's a no no and [Login to see the link] with such atrocities.
Videos are OK but doesn't stretch far.. However, it may get your stuff done for basic circumstances.
