Gabriel49 You need to re-read the OP's post. He didn't say a single word about initiating a "feedback system" to criticize, critique, or "sacks" Mods/Admins; not a single word calling on anyone to follow [I'm presuming] his rules; or a single word about how this site should be run, or how it should be changed. Those are your words. He simply asked that, while conducting "administrative tasks," Mods refrain from insulting members. I followed that up by suggesting that any correction of rules violations are nearly always already accomplished by nothing more than repeating the same boilerplate instructions & links to the rules. The message is crystal clear & direct: "You want something? Here's how you get it..."
You seem to have a great fondness for name-calling, so let me give you an example: I'm a psychiatrist in a state prison. Perpetrators of child sex offenses, murderers, gangstas, rapists, you name the felony offender, continually and constantly are challenging & testing me from the moment I arrive until the time I leave: "I have rights," "I'm going to sue you," "The food/medical care/bed/bedding/clothing/TV channels/phone policy SUCK, and so do YOU!" The bottomline is that we must get along, and if I engaged with every jamoke criminal who challenged me, that is all I would be doing. So, I rely on the rules, procedures, and administrative procedures, increasing the "penalty" I can impose until they comply or move to the next level. I try not to debate or argue, and I certainly do not insult or demean, because it can result in violence, and I've experienced my share. Yeah, it's a "hard world," but NOTHING is gained by disrespect, insult, or demeaning someone, and there is always a price to pay.
