To clarify my original reply...
The 11.1 is different than the rare/optimized version I was referring to, the 11.1 "Open Type Edition".
The original 11.1 version came out about 11 years back, they basically added nearly 100 fonts. Typically people add-in the "11.1" update to the 11.1 version which added a small number of fonts, but more modern/valuable options.
The version I mentioned is the new "11.1 Open Type Edition" which is far better optimized and from what I've noticed, it appears to be the same number of fonts.
Obviously anyone in graphics uses OTF whenever available (versus TTF) because the of the enhanced features (eg contextual ligatures/etc) have been available in OTF from inception and for that reason, typically TTF fonts are often missing the extra features, despite the fact that they theoretically support this. The exception being the amazing "new"ish variable fonts.
The problem is there is only one source for the actual 11.1 OTF version.
UPDATE: I just did a binary compare of the fonts. All 2197 .OTF files in the "Open Type Edition" are indeed upgraded/different binary signatures from the 11.1; they share the exact same names; however, typically most are a whole version incremented. None of this is critical if you don't work in graphics, of course. I mention this only of this is important to you.
ALTERNATIVE: Going through my font collection, I noticed there is another package (7000 Fonts) that has 7000 Open Type fonts, which includes all of the original Adobe Font Folio, plus another 5,500 approximately. This is available on most Torrent sites.
