The rules in the community today says you have to reach at least TL1 to make requests, and each time a user delivers useful help this allows the user providing the help to make 5 additional request.
As many users find it hard find ways to help other users solving issues or requests in the community I suggest some minor adjustments of the rules for making requests.
The rules also has to be easy to understand and hopefully ease the work of the mods.
In addition I have created another idea post which should make the moderation easier. That is if the feature is possible to create?

The idea is as follow:
- Any user has to reach at least TL1 to be allowed to create a request.
- When a user reach TL1 or higher they are allowed to make 1 request. After 60 days the user is allowed to make a new request and so on every time it's 60 days since the last request from the user.
- If a user supplies help in the community, which helps solve a request or other issues from other users, the user is permitted to create additionally 5 requests without limitations. Each time a user helps out, this allows the user to make 5 additional requests.
- If a request is not made according to the rules the mods can tell the OP to make a correct request or the request will be closed.
- If a request is closed by the mods for not following the rules, it still counts as request. Any exceptions is the sole decision of the mods.
- It's the mods only who decides if a post is considered to help others.
Note: mods of course includes all staff with higher authority as well.
The suggestion is a basic 60 days limit as this allows all users 6 requests each year, but the limit can be any reasonable amount of days.
