I'm a premium RG user, and my download experience with them was pretty horrible for a few months. I use FDM 5.3 as a download manager, and EVERY single RG link would stop somewhere between 50 and 99 percent. To make it worse, I couldn't even the resume the download in the download manager interface the way I could for any other stopped link. I had to go find the original link(s) and click them again to resume the download. I often had to click a link 3 or 4 times to finally finish the download.
I emailed them and informed them that I and a lot of other users were unhappy with our download experience, and that they needed to fix their problems or they would eventually lose premium users. They told me that I should use JDownloader. Well, I used to use JDownloader until it tried to install malware on my system, so that's not a solution for me. Besides, why should I be forced to use one particular DM because they're too lazy to fix their code?
I've noticed substantial improvement in the last month or so. Now if I click 5 RG links, 3 or 4 of them will probably finish, and the other 1 or 2 will stop at 98 or 99 percent. I still have to go back to the original link to click it, but it only takes 1 time compared to the 3 or 4 times it used to take. This is still not the seamless experience that I get with Nitroflare, but it's an improvement.
I live in the US and I've never had any speed issues with them, up to the point where the download stops. If you're a premium user having speed issues, I would suggest restarting your router, modem and the OS to see if that helps. If not, email them and try to find out what the hell is going on.
