You misunderstand the point.
The uploaders responding to requests in the community do it to help the users, else they wouldn't bother checking the community. On the other hand the uploaders subscribe to the filehosts and they need some sort of income to pay for it.
Every time a file is downloaded it generates a small income for the uploader, which helps paying for the account. 1000 downloads may only generate i.e. 5 cents income.
If you use a download link from an uploader to access premium subscription on the host it also generates an income to the uploader, but still it's small fees.
It's to protect the uploaders income the rules says it's not allowed to mirror the links for the first month after posting. If the uploaders doesn't have any income they can't afford the subscription.
You are still welcome to help other users by creating mirror links, but you have to wait until one month after the original links was posted in respect of the original uploaders.
