It seems to me, Pluralsight puts a lot of effort (much more than other companies out there) into tracking user activity and preventing users from scraping the content (e.g. rate limiting or account ban).
Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe Dev Essentials accounts have only access to Core library (without Expanded library courses) and it expires after 1 month. Now, at some point in the past it was access to all courses and it lasted 12 months.
I believe there is a correlation between how they limit the access and how the free accounts are being used.
It was just a casual remark from me. I do not know how they operate internally, nor do I mind anyone using the aforementioned method. Once again, sorry for the confusion.
