This course is aimed at practitioners who as a minimum requirement must have the basic positions and stops and basic kicks, however the positions and kicks are shown in the introduction. The first 5 forms of the northern tang lang, are part of the program up to the green degree since to qualify for the green belt it is required as part of the requirements to have up to Form No. 6, in this course I will be presenting only up to No. 5, which contemplates a valuable resource and ample material, since to achieve the green belt requires at least a couple of years of dedication, and on the other hand not all schools preserve the Original forms, so this material is of great contribution to those students who have an incomplete program due to the aforementioned.
